Woke up this morning and was a little depressed. Opened the blinds and "What?!" Snow!!!! It snowed about two inches in central London lastnight. I couldn't believe my eyes. Brought a smile to my face for a long day at uni. Just wanted to say happy birthday to my mexican lover Crissy! Happy snowy birthday! Can't believe you're only 23! So young!

Home sick.

The sun has poked out throught the London skies today. What a beautiful day. Eventhough it was shit weather all week, I do love it when a little sunshine comes out to start the weekend. Get out in your bikinis and soak up the sun! ....I wish I can do that!

Brighton

I went to Brighton and visited the Uni. Twas very nice. I'm thinking about going and moving into 'The Glass Pavilion', opposite The Royal Pavilion!!! Waking down the street in Brighton and saw a little Rogue Status tag on the 'LA Fitness' wall....boys will be boys. Had a wicked time hanging out with my mexican sistas. Just wanted to say thanx to Sarah for having me. It was nice to go out with 18 year olds and drink with students. Thanks for showing me that Brighton does not have any fit boys. That's alright though, I can concentrate on my studies if I move there!

Karma

I've been taking bits and pieces from my kitchen mates. I haven't been stealing food, but maybe sometimes if I ran out of butter, I'd dip my knife into their bucket. But the other night I made myself some fish and chips. I went to grab the ketchup from my fridge and shook it. It felt and sounded like I was shaking a water bottle. I looked at it and it looked as if someone used my ketchup then watered it down! I couldn't believe it. It was proper runny!! I didn't mind them using some ketchup, but they didn't have to ruin the whole bottle and pour water in it. I guess they must of used up the whole bottle or something! Oh well, I guess I deserved that. I finished my bag of chips anyways so, that alright in the end. I've been sleeping at 4am everyday this past week. Very exhasting! But I'm feeling very productive. Keeping my mind busy. Going to Brighton tomorrow to see the "Mexican Sisters" (crissy and sarah). Should be fun.

Happy New Years everyone. I know I've been lacking on the ol' blog. I had a great Christmas and New Years. Larax came back to her yellow teeth country for the holidays. Lara was kind enough to ask me over for Christmas. Yeah! I didn't have to spend Christmas in my 4x4 depressing room! Had a great Christmas over at the Hoads. Yum yum food in my tum! Went to Dorset for new years. Would post photos up, but lost all my amazing photos. It was so much fun, you would have to of been there. I miss you already Larax! Come back! Well....this year is going to be a very busy year! I can't believe I've been here for almost 5 months already! Time flies when you're in London! Hope everyone's had a good start. Can't sleep

three more days till uni's over for the winter holiday. can't wait. i've caught a cold. again. i've only been here since september, and have caught 2 colds already. that's not good! i think it's my cali skin that can't that the rough coldness of london. or that i'm a pikey student, and haven't eaten an apple since i've arrived. all i have in my fridge is bread, butter and jam, oh! and of course McVitie's caramel digestives. can't go without. can someone come over and make me some chicken noodle soup and bring me tea?! here's a pic from me and lara's old apartment in downtown la. what a view eh? i think it was on the 9th floor. twas amazing. i miss skating on the huge balcony, people watching, being a block away from the staple center, swimming and tanning on the roof top! and most of all, the downtown lights at nights. beautiful.

Amazing.....

what a day. I've finish my 1 wk project, and very pleased with it. The title of the project is "Autobiography of an Object". I've chosen to use my shoes, since I've been wearing them everyday for the pass few wks. I wanted to see and feel what my shoes felt throughout the days. About being left alone at nights, being left with different pairs of shoes. I got inspired by the lonely shoes thrown over electric wires in Venice beach. The hanging shoes represents my relationships with men. And the contionous line shoes on acetate sheet represents my ups and downs with my own self, towards the end, the size of my shoes are much larger then all the shoes, showing independence and strength. There's more to it, but I'll let you ponder over it.
