Title: One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Kisses |Emails From an Old Lover
I gathered all of the emails that my exboyfriend has written to me during the short and longdistant relationship of ours. 1,920 kisses are all the number 'x' that he's written in the emails.

Each red page is to show the begining of each month. You can see during the first few months the spaces between the red pages are much more than at the end of the book. Towards the end of the book, there are less emails or no emails at all during the months.

Here is an illustration I took from a photo of us New Years of 2006. I remembered that night completely. After we had our New Years kiss, he told me that he could love me one day. Since moving to London in September, this was the photo that I pretty much looked at every night. It reminded me of the good times we had when life wasn't stressful.

At the end of the book, I wanted to have the strength to pick up the match and burn the memories I had with him. Since putting this book together, I haven't fully read through the book. I don't want to burn the book cause it turned out to be a beautiful art work to me. But I have burned the feelings out of my head. I have recently met someone new that has taken over my heart and thoughts. Unfortunately it was very short but very sweet. So another heartache to fuel my creative mind.
